With the last hints of fall showing in the trees and the beginning of winter showing itself in the snowfall, you find yourself standing in the most picturesque scene of transition.

Then you find yourself looking up at the massive castle of stone that is Half Dome, standing so tall above Yosemite’s valley floor. You can’t help but feel so small while standing there, but you also can’t help but love that feeling.

No matter the season of transition you find yourself in and no matter how small you may feel, there is so much beauty all around us for which to be grateful.
